This product is designed to quickly establish a chlorine protection by dispersing rapidly. It stabilizes pool water and extends the life of the disinfectant. To determine the stabilizer concentration in the pool water, use a reliable test kit. Follow the included chart to bring the pool water to the desired range of 40-100 ppm.

If the pool is new, just refilled, or has no stabilizer, add 4 oz. of this product per 1000 gallons to give the desired range of 40-100 ppm. Add this product slowly into the skimmer, or if desired, premix in a pail of warm water and then add directly to the skimmer. Ensure that the filter is clean. Recirculate the water continuously for 24 hours to dissolve the product completely.

Cyanuric acid is an essential component for maintaining pool water quality. It helps reduce chlorine loss and the recommended level is 40-100 ppm. Adding 6 ounces of this product raises the cyanuric acid level by 10 ppm per 5,000 gallons of water. By increasing the cyanuric acid level, it decreases chlorine loss due to sunlight, reducing chlorine consumption by up to 25% and improving the effectiveness of chlorine.

Always maintain the chlorine residual in your pool at 2.0-4.0 ppm and the pH at 7.4-7.6 to ensure optimal water quality and safety.
